Platform Role & Transaction Responsibility

ShoCial operates as a hybrid commerce platform with two distinct types of product experiences:

1. ShoCial Store Products

Products labeled as “Sold by ShoCial” are offered directly by ShoCial.

• ShoCial acts as the seller of record
• Payments are processed by ShoCial through authorized payment partners
• ShoCial is responsible for order fulfillment, support, cancellations, and refunds

2. External Partner Products

Products labeled as “External Partner Product” are listed for discovery only.

• ShoCial acts solely as an intermediary
• Users are redirected to third-party websites
• ShoCial does not process payments for these transactions
• ShoCial is not responsible for delivery, refunds, or disputes

External Redirection Clause

Users may be redirected to third-party platforms. By proceeding, users acknowledge that transactions are governed by the respective external platform’s policies.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate account details
• Use the platform lawfully
• Not misuse payments, rewards, or content features

Payments

• Payments for ShoCial Store are processed by authorized third-party gateways
• ShoCial is not responsible for gateway downtime or bank failures

Account Suspension

ShoCial may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Policy violations
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Legal or regulatory compliance

Limitation of Liability

ShoCial is not liable for:

• Seller product quality beyond stated policies
• External partner transactions or delivery
• Indirect or consequential losses
• User negligence or misuse

Affiliate Disclosure

ShoCial may earn commissions from certain external partner links. Transactions on such platforms are handled entirely by the respective third-party provider.

Updates

Policies may be updated periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
